Totally agreed DVD! :-) Carol and I can't thank God enough for our group. It means a lot to us. God knows how much we have been energized and strengthened in Him though our fellowship. Our group is unique by God's grace. I don't know how else to describe that. May Psalm 133 be true now and always!

One thing that should challenge all of us is the biblical fact that although the qualifications for leadership positions are seemingly high, they are not unattainable by one walking in the obedience of the faith and indwelt by the Holy Spirit of God.

Every single leader should remind themselves of James 3:1, "Let not many of you become teachers, my brethren, knowing that as such we will incur a stricter judgment."

Let this not be an excuse for layperson to be complacent in their Christian walk and holy affections, but rather, be challenged to strive for holy living and not use the lack of a leadership position as an excuse for sin, apathy, or lack of knowledge of God's Word.

Thanks to you all for allowing my wife & I to worship, fellowship, and be edified with you this past year; we will be praying for the ministry as we move on to another ripe harvest field.

Phil. 4:8 - Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.
